This house uses a tip-sharing system where all team members participate in a "guaranteed" tip pool. Even if tips aren't received, Madeline Garden offers additional compensation based on your performance and care for others. Does this sound like the right environment for you?

This application supports our nonprofit facility's reentry and workforce development programs, created to help local businesses thrive.

Our mission is to empower participants by equipping them with both labor and interpersonal skills, enabling them to secure meaningful employment.

The program emphasizes hands-on training, measurable progress, and preparation to meet the needs of small businesses driving our economic growth.

We help refine your mindset and direction—developing both soft skills and essential hard skills to grow into a dependable, purpose-driven individual. Employers value this kind of integration: someone who contributes, adapts, and uplifts their team.
