Creating Madeline Garden has been one of the greatest challenges of my life. I am not a businesswoman—I dislike dealing with numbers and giving orders to enforce rules. While decorating has always come naturally to me, cooking turned into an unexpected hurdle. To me, it feels like a waste of food and time. It drains me; I spend nearly 10 hours prepping fresh ingredients to perfection, only for the results to be consumed in 30 minutes. I no longer have personal rest, nor the energy to focus on my higher self. The monotony of daily life has caused my projects to stall, even my nonprofit, which I started in 2014, has only made slow progress.

The past 10 years have been a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences. I’ve had to adapt to the demanding pace of human life. I was always spontaneous and free-spirited, following my heart’s desires and seeing beauty both in this world and beyond. Now, I feel like I’ve become a "taker," forced into an aggressive, calculated lifestyle far removed from my artistic roots. This shift has caused immense suffering, stretching my unhappiness to the point where my heart has forgotten how to smile.

The greatest lesson at that period time, for learning to adopt the role of a leader—understanding the needs of demand and stepping into their shoes to navigate the realities of business life. This has been especially true in helping the creation of the prosperity investment project. Yet, the journey has taken its toll. My heart feels cold, my mind has become calculating, and though my body remains strong, I can no longer hear the voice of my Angel Michael. I feel lost in the dark, reaching for a believed memory—a time when I once knew the light’s guidance.

I felt as though I had lost the ability to love unconditionally. The mechanical demands of the world had stripped away my naivety. Doing business had turned me into someone I never thought I’d become—I could no longer give. Instead, I had become someone hardened by the relentless demands of success. I knew I needed to stop and turn toward recovery, but I couldn’t. My soul was bleeding, overwhelmed with frustration and starved of the emotional nourishment needed to see the world as beautiful once more.

Unexpectedly, I found healing during the Covid-19 quarantine. When everything shut down, I was given the chance to tend to my wounds. Instead of remaining a "taker," I became a "giver" again during the pandemic. I poured my energy into running my nonprofit, helping those who had lost their jobs and could no longer afford rent. I prepared my space to welcome them, offering food, shelter, and guidance. With high hopes for their futures, I encouraged them to see transitions as opportunities for new beginnings.

Yet, the good did not serve its purpose fully—I faced new challenges and was even sued for my kind efforts. I was saddened once again. But this time, I reminded myself constantly to reignite the light within me. To make this world beautiful, I had to confront and adjust my emotions.

Making life wiser, challenges are always ahead of us. You are not alone in feeling hurt or disappointed—the imperfections of a contaminated world often create darkness that tests our faith in goodwill. Still, the old soul is here to support the new mind, so the mind needs pause and listen how the old soul said, this is helping mind rise again and eventually take flight from this grounded life. Because our newborn is not meant to fall, but to soar.

By holding onto ethical morals and never harming the light of hope within our confidence, we can stay true to our growth. You are the reason we are here.
